After people stood in line with their chairs, they were told no more chairs so they had to take them back to their car or throw them away.
We looked on the web site to see what the citeria was for bags and the web site said a bag of 12" by 12' was acceptable. When we got to the entrance, they said the web site was wrong and it was a much smaller bag that was acceptable. We had to walk back to the car (which was at the end of the Harrah's parking lot and put the purse back in the car.
